The NET WINDOW SHOPPING Service grants businesses, its clients, freedom to supply the website with their own pictures and information that visitors to the website can easily access. In contrast to merely window shopping, at NET WINDOW SHOPPING potential customers are provided with a one of a kind online experience. Features provided by NET WINDOW SHOPPING to enhance its service are subject to these terms and conditions unless stated otherwise. Be advised that the business listing contents available at NET WINDOW SHOPPING have not been necessarily reviewed beforehand. Authorized users are the ones responsible for guaranteeing that their listings and any transactions, as a result of these listings, conform to all applicable laws and limitations set out on this Agreement. Net Window Shopping Service is not engaged in any way to any of the transactions as consequences of these listings. Net Window Shopping Service has no hold over the facts, accuracy, or legality as claimed by the businesses, the quality safety, fitness, or sufficiency of any goods or services advertised therein. We also have no jurisdiction over the completion of any sale as the legal capacity or solvency of either party involved in the dealings resulting from any listings. Users faced with illegal behavior on the part of other users are advised to contact the appropriate local state, provincial or federal authorities in order to file a complaint.
You agree not to use the NET WINDOW SHOPPING Service to:
3.1 carry on fraudulent activities;
3.2 sell counterfeit stolen items, or items that you do not legally own;
3.3 mislead or give out incorrect or untruthful information on the goods and services;
3.4 impart information that is damaging, harassing, trade libelous, slanderous, obscene, hateful, disrespectful or threatening;
3.5 misrepresent or cover up your identity for the intention of misleading other users;
3.6 violate another person’s copyright, patent trade-mark, trade secret or other intellectual property right or promote, lend or vend goods and services that infringe any of these rights;
3.7 breach another person’s entitlement to privacy and publicity;
3.8 convey child pornography in any form;
3.9 distribute virus, worms, time bombs, Trojan horses or other computer programming that may harm, immobilize, prevent access to intervene with any computer systems;
3.10 find a way to prevent, distort, harm, break into, intervene, delete or reject service to the computer systems of other users or to NET WINDOW SHOPPING systems.
3.11 gather the personal information of other NET WINDOW SHOPPPING users other than to perform dealings with the goods and services that are advertised by other users.
3.12 collect, replicate, or give out any information taken through the use of NET WINDOW SHOPPING other than for your personal use f or purposes of dealing in goods and services advertised by other users.

You may modify or rectify the submitted information for purposes of cataloging your listings on our server. We may use your e-mail address to update you on special offers from our allied companies to which we may provide your e-mail address in order for them to communicate directly with you. You also have the option to decline from having your e-mail address passed on to these associate businesses. You will be given instruction on how to opt out of such communication. However, we may put together, disseminate, sell or lease to third parties aggregate information with reference to the index keys posted on our server. None of this information will speak about any single or identifiable user. Any of the aggregate information will not include user names. This Agreement and your right to use the NET WINDOW SHOPPING Service will continue until such time. It is our sole discretion to give notification of termination at any time, including breach of the terms of this Agreement, through the e-mail address in your account profile.
WE, OUR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND SUPPLIERS, PROVIDE THE NET WINDOW SHOPPING SERVICE WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, INDIRECT OR LEGITIMATE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY GUARANTEE OF TITLE, PERFORMANCE MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT EXTEND ANY FORM OF WARRANTY TO ANY GOODS OR SERVICES ADVERTISED THROUGH THE USE OF THE NET WINDOW SHOPPING SERVICE.
YOU AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND SUPPLIERS, BE ACCOUNTABLE IN CONTRACT OR CIVIL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, MINOR, UNUSUAL, LEGAL, SUBSTANTIAL OR CONSUMMATE DAMAGES EVOLVING FROM THE TOTAL OR PARTIAL FAILURE OF THE NET WINDOW SHOPPING SERVICE, INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM OTHER USERS OR TRANSACTIONS WITH OTHER BUSINESS LISTINGS. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR ACCOUNTABILITY, AS WELL AS THAT OF OUR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND SUPPLIERS, GO BEYOND AN AMOUNT OF FIFTY (5O) US DOLLARS.
You agree to assure and regard us, as well as our businesses, partners, employees, agents and suppliers, risk-free from any declaration or request, including reasonable attorney’s fees made by any third party resulting from breach of this Agreement or your violation of the rights of any third party.
The NET WINDOW SHOPPING name and logo are trade-marks owned by NET WNDOW SHOPPING, INC.
This Agreement is presided over by the laws valid in the State of Virginia, United States of America. Any question occurring from or in correlation with this License shall be led before the competent court in the court district of Vienna, Virginia, United States of America, to the exclusion of any other setting.
Our failure to act with respect of infringement by you or others does not put aside our privilege to take action with regard to the succeeding or similar violation. The conditions of section 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 of this Agreement will outlast its expiration and termination.
